oil pressure

i changed my oil pressure switch in my 2006 cadillac dts and its still saying low oil presswure what to do next?

Have the actual pressure tested with a mechanical gauge to find out if the pressure really is low.

Aside from physically checking pressure at the sending unit port, which is where you would check it, was the sending unit leaking? If there is oil in the connector, that could be causing it to short and read low pressure. If there is oil in the connector, spray it with a solvent like brake or carb cleaner, and blow it out with compressed air.
