2006 Cadillac DTS break broplems

I just installed new break pads & rotoers in a cadillac dts 2006 after a week or so i start noticing the break performance is not good. can some one tell me what is the problem please?

if you put cheap pads on that's why your car calls for ceramic pads and the system may need to be bled and or rotors are worn out
