Misfire codes

I have three missfire codes on my car 03000, 03001, and 03004,
Would changing the spark plugs fix, this?

not necessarily these are very hard to diagnose and a pro should do these to save yourself money. it can be a few sensors, injector, along with basic engine problems you can try but dont' count on it.
