My car has a slight shake when low idle. And gas mileage seems to be bad what could this be

I recently did a compression test, an oil pressure test, and changed the spark plugs in the car. After that was done my car began with the slight shake and gas seemed to get worse.

assuming your compression is good along with your tune up components and cat converter, i would look at injectors.

i would have a real shop look at this for you and give you there opinion and a bid.
