front tires shimmying on 2006 Buick Terraza? torque problem? just had new brakes, hub, caliper, wheel bearing, rotor replaced on 12/09/10

At what speed do you feel this? If it occurs in a parking lot, suspect broken belts in the tires. A lot of GM vehicles come with Uniroyal tires which are very prone to broken belts. B.F. Goodrich are bad too and are also used on many GM products. A tire and alignment shop can inspect them for you.
