2006 Buick Terraza Changed Oil Filter Today Took Off Blew Out Air Put Back

changed oil and filter today and took off and blew out air filter and put back in. Cranked and started down road and engine died - message on display says "reduced engine power." Will crank again, but you can floor it and it will only get up to maybe 40 on the floor. Eventually dies every time.

Check to see if you disconnected the MAF sensor, throttle position sensor... when you removed the air filter.
