walmart overfilled my tranny fluid, husband drained it to correct levels, tranny still bucking through gears, what could it be?

Hello,
Ok, did they do a fluid and filter change?
What did the tranny fluid look like? was it normal color or was it a pink foamy color?
Is Engine Light On? If so need to have codes read. Your local parts store will usually do it free.
You say that it is bucking, if this is so then it may not be tranny related.

yes, they changed the oil filter and oil. tranny fluid looked normal, but way too much. yes engine light came on. my husband is up at autozone now. it also makes a sound like someone is sushing u around 1200 RPMs

Sorry for delay, do he get a list of the codes? if so post them...
Not sure about the sushing sound, but could be a vacuum problem under the dash.
