hello, please advise me on how to change the rear pads on my 2006 buick allure. I noticed that there is a spring assembly attached which I believe to be part of the parking brake system. Do i just remove the 4 bolts attached to the caliper assembly like on the front?
Please let me know thanks.

you need to remove the caliper andthen because of hte parking brake you need to rewind the piston back down inside the caliper. most of the time you need a special tool for this. If you go to the how to repai section on site here it will give generic pics with instructions which you could print.
