2006 Bmw 530i Starting Car Used Start Smooth Now Delay Seems Rough Also Just

When starting car it used to start smooth and now it has a delay and seems to start rough.
Also just got car out of shop and the steering wheel seems off of center, is this normal never noticed this before.
