my car aircon is not blowing air even if I adjust the fan on high speed but I can feel the cold air comming out of the vents if the car is in motion.What could be the problem?

You may be low on refrigerant gas, get the system inspected by a qualified tech, do not just add refigerant your self as there is an exact amount that should be in the system to much can be as bad as to little.
