Warning chimes and tones

None of the warning chimes and tones is working -- no door open chime, no headlights left on tone, no seat belt unfastened alert. What is the fix for this? Is it just a fuse?

no, they replaced the entire instrument bundle.

was anything else malfunctioning? that sounds like an EXPENSIVE noise maker? maybe i'd have settled for quiet? did they say WHY it was defective? did you have to pay for it?

CPO warranty.
All aural warnings were inop. Visual alerts were ok.
