My Audi recently passed its mot with flying colours but is suffering from a vibration through both the clutch & accelerator pedals when the car is driven above 60 mph when this occurs the engine sounds vastly increase & at times the engine feels & sounds as if power is fluctuating

I would be checking engine and transmission mounts first.
