2006 Audi A3 3 2 Temp Needles Dose Move Fan Turns On Straight Away Even Cold

I have a a3 3.2 and the temp needles dose not move and the fan turns on straight away even when cold. I changed the rad the water pump the thermostat and the temp sensor

There is more than 1 temp sensor... you might have changed the wrong one?

Using a scan tool, you can check / verify sensor output as well as activate the gauges to see if the move.

If a/c is on or defrost is selected, the rad fan will come on right away.

A faulty coolant fan control module could also be the reason.
