2006 Acura Mdx Using Small Car Adapter Air Compressor Suddenly Stopped Working

I was using a small car adapter air compressor and it suddenly the compressor stopped working. When I went in the car, the radio and satellite system would not turn on. I expected it to be a blown fuse and replaced the radio fuse. It did not solve the issue. What else could it be?

its not the radio fuse. it is the accessory fuse for the power outlet. use a test light and check all fuses
