Whats would be the difference in Smoke coming from my exhaust due to the Vent Box being clogged and White smoke coming from my exhaust due to the turbo going out? Is there any sure signs that the turbo is Going out?

Suspect white smoke is coolant and maybe coming from failed Turbo seal or headgasket
