Please could you send diagram of where the cam locker slots into the end of the cams on the exhaust and intake when at TDC to set up the cam timing?

you didn't give engine so this is for a 2.3 2.4 and 2.5 5 cylinder

There is no top dead center to set up the timing. You would need the cam and crank lock tools to set up the timing especially if you removed the CVVT hubs.
