volvo problems

I have a 2005 volvo xc 70. Blue smoke only sometimes at long idles and now engine skipping some( happenned 2x). Just replaced PCV and now smoke is less , not everyday

When you replaced the pcv system, did they clean out the banjo out as well. When replacing the oil trap box, was the block covered up with a lot of sludge? let me know please.
