When accelerating at speeds of 50+ km per hour, I hear a hollow rattling sound from the engine. At first it happened only when punching the accelerator, causing me to think it was turbo related. Now it happens when more modest acceleration, but again, only at higher RPMs, and not from a stand still. Any idea what is causing this? Can I drive it for a few days until I can get an appointment? Thanks very much.
