When turning the car on, the driver-side low beam comes on weak and then turns off around 7-8 seconds later. Passenger light works fine. Hi-beams work on both sides. All fuses look good, and the connector right near the assembly looks good. Changing bulbs does nothing.

A dim bulb is usually the result of a weak ground. Check that first.
