after attempt to remove low beam bulb on drivers side. I attempted to remove the low beam bulb on the drivers side with no luck. Tried looking at the bulb on the passengers side. Not able to get it out either. Turned on the car to look at the lights to make sure I was trying to pull the right one and none of the front lights were working. I checked the #20 fuse in the engine compartment it was fine. Have no idea what to do now other than take it into the shop. Any help or suggestions?

Do you have Bi-Xenon bulbs or regular halogen bulbs?
