my steering wheel is whining noise when i turn my wheel i just replace the steering pump 3 months but not my belt?

Check your power steering fluid first, if it's low check for leaks. The high-pressure line tends to leak a bit, as well as the steering rack. The inspect the steering rack, you have to check to see if fluid is pooling up inside the inner tie rod boots.
