Depending on the version of Diesel / TDI engine...

a) a simple drain and flush of the system will get you back up and running

b) worst case you will need to have the High Pressure Fuel Pump and other components replaced

I just googled your Touran... does it have the 2.0l PD TDI?

If yes, a simple drain and flush will get her going again... no engine damage.
