Can i replace the automatic gear shifter on my 2.0 diesel for a fancy woodgrain one from a scrapped vr6? If so, how do you do it?

If it is the same shifter design / shifter layout, then yes, I would assume so.
Post a picture of your shifter so I can post instructions on how to remove it.... if the VR6 removes the same way, should fit no problem.
