I have a problem with my golf 5tdi gear
I replaced the set of gear but it doesnt changed nothing should i change the oil of gear
Ps the problem is at gear 3, sometimes works great sometimes harder

Did you replace the syncro cones?

I don't know if u can see the image, but I think I've replaced that, because they are together all in one...only the oil I did not change.

I did not noticed the gear R, sometimes gets harder kind of the same problem with 3,
1,2,4,5 work better

No pics, but start with changing the oil.
