I have a vectra 1900 cdti.I have a bluey white smoke coming from the front of the engine, turbo was contaminating the intercooler so changed both, only will go to 3000 revs no guts. could it be a partially clogged cat from earlier probs from the turbo? no code readings.

The cat may be blocked or collapsed, remove and inspect this first.
