Ac does not switch on.

There is enough refrigerant. I think it is a pressure switch issue. But before going to that suspection I want you to let me know what may be the possible causes and where to check for the faults

Does the light on the switch turn on? Are the relays operational? Fuses? Does the blower come on? If not, is the ground securely connected? Is the power connected and hot? Does the clutch engage?
