I installed the battery backwards. Heard a whinning type of sound. I quickly corrected it but truck would not start. Replaced 140 amp fuse link. All lights setas, and all other powerr áreas work but truck wont start. What could ir be?

Does it crank or cranks but fails to fire up?

I did the same thing and it cranks but doesn't fire. What do I need to fix?

Start with checking all the fuses, especially those under hood.
