the ac comp is not turning this has been an intermintent prob til to day,iis there a fusefor it? is the clutch replaceable with out changing the comp? thanks should the fans run if the comp is getting power?

This is not going to be simply a fuse issue. There are dozens of causes for the compressor not to run. the first step is to have pressure readings taken to be sure there is sufficient pressure to start the compressor. The computer controls it after looking at numerous inputs.
