In the morning when I put the key on, I hear a humming noise, after I start the engine and raised for few seconds the humming noise stop. This problem has been going on for some time. Any help. Thank you.

It may be a fan motor for radiator, you'l hav eto have an assistant look under hood or yourself when the key is turned on.
