driving down road go over a small bump the headlights go out, then I pull the brights on,pull over let go of the brights, turn the lights off , wait a bit turn headlights on , they work I continue on. H I D lights on it.headlight switch,or relay ????

more like a connection somewhere. look for a bad connection at the switch or the headlights.
