What is wrong if my car is shaking while I'm driving?

Kind of need a few details. Could be an engine misfire, broken tire belt, tire out of balance, worn struts or shock absorbers. What speeds does this occur? Do you feel it only when braking, only when accelerating, only when turning, etc. Do you feel it in the seat, steering wheel, entire car? How fast does the vibration occur? We can't feel it over a computer.
