My 2005 Toyota Camry is making a gurgling or rattling sound and now it is also making a clicking sound. It all sounds like it is coming from the right passenger side underneath. What could this be?

The noise starts as soon as I turn on the car. The rattling seems to subside if I accelerate to over 40mph. The clicking just started and seems to be continuous.

With the engine cold, Tap on the catatlic converter which runs down on the passengers side. Tap on and see if you hear any rattling. If you do then the converter is going bad. It will keep getting worse until it clogs up the exhaust and you will lose power when it gets hot. Another way to just look at it after driving it at night when you shut it off and see if it has a hot glow.
