2005 toyota camry 2.4 L 4 cylinder100,000 miles, oil is leaking after oil change from natural oil to synthetic oil. Did the switch from natural to synthetic cause the leak?

No, the switch isn't the cause. Check to make sure they tightened the oil filter, drain plug, and didn't leave puddles of oil on the frame. Some places are in too much of a hurry and rush things causing problems. The switch to synthetic didn't cause a leak. The drain plug washers can also get crushed and need to be replaced.
