Have it scanned for codes.

Thanks for the suggestion... I will therefore need to take it to the dealership to "scan the codes"...

One of the height adjustment switches or relays is most likely fused closed.

Thanks rivermikerat for your input, I am not sure how to proceed, but with your suggestion, I am better able to "suggest" your idea to the mechanic...

You can take it to almost any repair shop. Most will scan for codes for free. Or, if you live outside California, many parts stores will also scan for codes for free.
Conversely, if you know how to use a meter, you can check the switches and relays yourself.

It's actually not stuck in high, the body does raise and lower, but it thinks that normal is in the high position. When I lower the body to low, it looks fine, but once i start driving the body raises to "normal" but is actually in the high position

Our reference material doesn't give us troubleshooting steps for components or systems like this without trouble codes. But, looking through some of them and the diagnostic steps for them, the relay and switch issue is what I was able to come up with.
Having a trouble code gives us a better idea of where to look.
The attached image shows where the Suspension ECU is located.

That sounds like a controller or sensor issue.

Oh. Right now is the Rose Bowl. Wisconsin and Oregon. Insane, high scoring game. Fiesta Bowl is next. Oklahoma State and Stanford.
