The front windshield wipers stopped working in my '05 Suzuki Reno, does a fuse need to be replaced? If so, which one?

Fuse F9 (25A) in instrument panel fuse block, left end of dash.

It could be the fuse or others such as switch, motor, linkages or wiring. If the washer is working, that would rule out a fuse problem as they both uses the same one.
