All I have is third gear everything else works, tried new ECM didn't work. Scanner says not receiving info.

Possible TCM issue. Have you checked all fuses?

Run a scan and check for any transmission faults, ensure that they go into the transmission menu and not a general scan as this may not pick up trans codes.
