2005 Suzuki Forenza Jerking

Jerking between transmission shifts; excessive jerking when on gas pedal.
Car has new head gasket. In an attempt to fix the issue we have put in new upper O2 sensor, TRS switch & spark plugs.
Nothing is working!
Any ideas?

was this present before the head gasket replacement

No it wasn't. And after the head gasket repair the car ran fine for a few weeks

I would look at all the motor mounts to be sure none are worn or broken.

have you had the transmission serviced??
