I have replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, all spark plugs, battery and still cannot get the hard starting to go away. It tends to do it with no regards to temperature. It isn't throwing any CEL codes either. The car runs fine when it does turn over, its a large intermittent nuisance really. Ive taken it to 5 mechanics and they seem to not be able to reproduce the same symptoms or they are perplexed.

Hook up a fuel pressure gauge and get car to start, turn off and check fuel rail pressure after a hr or so see what pressure it has dropped to, advise your findings.
