Engin went down when I turn on the AC with slow speed like 10-20 on 2nd gear

Hello Vehacle Experts. I have Suzuki Baleno 2005 JXR 1300c. My problem is when turn AC on on slow speed like 10-20, its engin power went down in 2nd gear.

How can fix this?

which motor?? ac loads up the motor and takes horsepower.
