Heater blower quit

Heater blower quit, Control panel lights work, speed selection switch offers no response, I can hear A/C kick in and out when selected, fuses appear to be good. I would like to confirm that the blower motor is the issu before I start tearing into it. Thank you.

Check to see if there is power to the motor. If there is and it doesn't run, chances are it is bad.
