Sub frame replacement

I was just wondering if it is possible to replace a rotten sub-frame?

Hi Tara,

Just so we are on the same page, this is a unibody which has a front subframe where the engine and front suspension mount to. Seems like we are talking about the same thing but I just like to clarify because some terms are confused in the automotive community.

Yes, the subframe when the engine and front suspension mount to is replaceable. I included the process for replacing. See attached.

It is the trailing arm mount that is rotten is that fixable?

More than likely it is the trailing arm bracket that is rusted. If so, yes you can just replace the bracket. Here is to process for that.
