I high centered my car on a concrete barrier . I was able to drive off of the barrier but noticed that there is a clear fluid thicker than water leaking from under the car between the front wheels about center of car. Could this be my oil pan or?

Engine oil is light or dark brown. Power steering fluid is clear. You'll need someone to look underneath and see where the fluid is leaking from but the most likely suspect is the rack and pinion steering gear.
