2005 Subaru Baja Passengers Headlight Working Replaced Both Light Bulb Cap

The passengers headlight is not working. We replaced both the light bulb and the cap with the wires that run through it. It still does not work. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Have you checked all fuses? Is there power to the light's wiring?
