cooling fan is not shutting off

When i turn off my engine the fan continues to run also my ESP and emission indicators are continuously lit on my dashboard I am also having problems starting the car can you help?

You have a multiple problems here -Have the computer scanned for code/s-start here then again we don't have the information to this vehicle-sorry
