the fan blower stop working

so I removed it then hooked it up again turned switch on nothing so I kind of hit the fan then it started working at full speed again turned switch off then on same thing till i hit it could it be getting stuck on something, and I just bought this blower about a year ago

I would unplug the blower motor and inspect the terminal openings of blower motor plug.Do they look open?They should be tight and not open.

If connections look tight, also check for any corrosion or biuld up of any kind on the contact pionts.

Sounds like the blower motor itself is shot. Banging on the motor jars the contact of the brushes.
