There is no way to clear the light, it is on becasue there is a problem with the SRS system. This will have to be check and repaired first, if not the light will set with the ignition turned on. The light will turn of when the problem is fixed.

Most of the time a sensor got disconnected in the front or rear or the clock spring in the steering wheel is bad, here is how you can fix it.
