What would be the cause of my car shaking alot when on Drive?

When the car is on D and I'm at a stop light, the car makes a loud squeaking noise and it shakes alot. If I put the car on N the shaking is not as bad and the noise goes away. If I turn the a/c on the car shakes bad as well.

Seems the engine mounts are bad.
