Traction control failure contact service

My car will only start when cold, if I do a short run it wont start and throws up traction control failure on the sid I had it connected to a computer and it says theres a fault with the sterring control module and that theres a can bus error anyone now anything on how to fix this?

When it doesn't start, check to see if there is fuel and spark to the engine.

Sorry when I say the car wont start I mean when I turn the key I get nothing it wont even turn over the engine light wont come on on the dashboard once I get that light up it starts could it possibly a faulty cim

Have you checked to make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight?
