2005 Renault Scenic car rear bonnet (rear door)

Good evening, I have no problem in technical part. But just a silly thing I have been done which cause my rear bonnet can't open! I put my beg on the rear space and close it, unfortunately my begs strap had "attached" into it. And now I can't even open my bonnet :'( I tried very hard to pull out the strap but fail to do so. I don't want to cut off my beg strap, can you help me? What should I do?

Lucky for you my wife did the same thing the other day and this is how I got the bonnet open, I pushed as hard as I could against the bonnet lid downwards like closing it and turned the key and pushed the button and it opened up. Try that and see if it works what you're trying to do is unload the stress from the lock mechanism so it will work right now it is bound
