proton gen 2, electric fault

starting my Proton gen 2 with no problems. however when driving the radio kept going on and off then the engine went into slow mode. no lights on the dash came up! what is the problem and how much could this cost

check to make sure your grounds are connected and clean with no corrosion. that would include body to battery and engine to battery grounds. also check them under the dash.
